Since 2009 we have been manufacturing titanium frames using only aerospace grade seamless 3Al-2.5V tubing for individual custom orders as well as large OEM orders from bicycle companies. So far, we have decades of technology, each frame has been strictly quality controlled and tested by our QC department. A lifetime warranty is available where appropriate.
Our products include titanium alloy frame, titanium alloy front fork handlebar and titanium alloy riser, titanium alloy accessories. Titanium alloy is used as the product material. The 3AL/2.5V titanium frame is the perfect balance of low weight, smooth ride quality and exceptional durability. It offers a strength-to-weight ratio far superior to aluminum or steel, allowing us to achieve higher frame stiffness with less material. However, what makes titanium a frame-building legend is the material’s ability to absorb the bumps and vibrations of the road. The great titanium frame keeps you feeling fresh in the saddle even after long rides, but doesn’t have the overdamped, woody ride quality of many carbon frames.
