1. Who are we?
We are Yongkang Jinghang Sightseeing Vehicle Co., Ltd., a professional manufacturer that develops and manufactures golf carts, specializing in the production of electric and gasoline golf carts. Being the only factory in China that can produce gasoline-powered golf carts since 2005, our gasoline golf carts have passed EPA testing and obtained EPA certificates.
2. What options are available for this golf cart?
Different body colors, seat belts, rear cargo box, interior rearview mirror, rain cover, sun cover, rear flip-up seat, aluminum chassis, front basket, GPS tracker, USB music player, or any other options Assembly according to your requirements!
3. What warranty does your product have?
The warranty period of all our carts is two years, starting from the time the cart leaves our seaport. For parts whose warranty period is interrupted due to non-human reasons, you can provide us with pictures of the damaged parts for free, and we will provide free replacement parts. But the buyer should bear the freight, whether by sea or air! If the order quantity is up to one container, we can offer 1% of the total order value as free parts. We can also supply out-of-warranty parts, but not at cost for free
4. What products does your factory produce?
Our factory produces 2-14-seat electric and gas-powered golf carts, tourist cars, multi-purpose vehicles, patrol cars, etc.
5. How do you control quality and test finished products before shipment?
We have advanced machinery and equipment that enable us to manufacture the frame well, while all other parts are purchased from well-known domestic brand companies to ensure that the vehicle has stable high quality, and we have more than 10 years of golf cart production experience . Most of our staff are very experienced over the years, ensuring good workmanship!
For testing, we have dedicated testers, we do preliminary testing at the factory, then we will test them by climbing 45 degree (gas powered) rugged hills and driving long distances to make sure they really work well before loading!
6. How is your after-sales service?
We have dedicated after-sales personnel who can provide you with professional answers or technical questions according to your requirements!
7. Do you provide OEM services?
We welcome all types of golf cart OEM orders, our factory can meet most of your OEM requirements, for OEM, please show us pictures!
