3: How do you charge the sample fee?
If you need an existing sample in our stock, we can provide it to you for free, but you need to pay for the freight. If you need a sample with your own logo or need special size, we will charge sample making fee, which is refundable when you place the order. Please contact our customer service for more details.

Yes, we have a professional team with rich design experience, and we have our own mold development department. Just tell us your ideas (logo, text and how they need to look), we will draw the finished file for your confirmation.
