Our workshop produces 100,000 products per month and is equipped with a full set of facilities, including 9 injection molding machines, 7 thermal printing machines, ultrasonic welding machines, mold department, quality inspection department, assembly line and packaging line.
2. How to customize my own glass?
For custom colors for lids, inner cups or outer cups, just send the Pantone code for the color.
For custom printing, please send us your artwork in vector format.
For custom decoration, please let us know the details.
3. How to apply for samples?
Sample orders are always welcome.
Samples without any customization are generally available within 1-3 days;
Customized samples generally take 5-10 days, depending on specific requirements.
Sample fees are sometimes refundable, but shipping costs are always paid by the recipient.
4. What about the minimum order quantity?
Normal MOQ is 3000 pieces per item, and we accept small trial orders through Alibaba. By the way, most of our big customers order full boxes per batch.
5. How many days does production take?
The production time is generally 15-25 days, depending on the order details and our real-time production schedule when placing the order.
6. How is the package?
The conventional packaging method is to pack each piece in an OPP bag and then pack it in an outer carton. Customized packaging is acceptable.
7. How about the transportation method?
