2. How can I get a sample paper box to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.
If you just need samples to check the quality and structure, we provide blank samples for free, the only charge you need to pay is the shipping fee, which is about US$20-30.
If you want to print samples, we need to charge sample fees according to your quantity, size, material, surface treatment, etc.
3. How long can I get the samples?
After we confirm the production artwork, the samples will be ready within 3-7 days.
Samples will be sent to you by express and arrive within 3-5 days. You can use your own DHL / Fedex / UPS account, or prepay us if you don’t have an account.
4. When can I get the price?
After we communicate and confirm all details, such as quantity, size, material, surface treatment, etc., we will provide you with a quotation within 24 hours.
5. Can you do the design for me?
We have a team of graphic engineers in our factory who are able to help you die cut lines, templates or do some simple designs like adding your logo on the box. For better graphic design, we recommend you to use a professional designer.
