2. How to order samples?
Provide your designs and artwork to our sales team and discuss the details of making samples including dimensions, artwork decoration, measuring and cutting, etc.
3. How much does a sample cost? Can I get a refund?
Sample cost will be calculated based on your style, arwtowk and quantity. Usually T-shirts and POLO shirts are US$50 per style, and hoodies and windbreakers are US$85 per style. Sample fee will be refunded when ordering 500+ pieces/style
4. How long does it take to make samples and mass production?
Samples usually take 5-9 working days depending on complexity. Mass production takes 15-25 working days. If the order is urgent, please make sure our sales team knows and will coordinate the production time.
5. Does Oudeman Sports have a graphic designer?
Yes, we do. Our design team will help you with your artwork to ensure the colors and design are correct.
