2. What is your warranty policy? How do you implement it?
Our machines come with a one-year warranty. We provide 6 months warranty for laser tube, mirror, focusing lens. For RECI laser tubes, they are covered for 12 months.
3. How do I know the tube is about to run out?
The normal color of the laser beam during operation is purple. When the tube is dying, the color changes to white.
4. What are the differences between different laser tubes?
Usually, the power of a vacuum tube is determined by two parameters: The length of the vacuum tube, the longer the vacuum tube, the greater the power. The diameter of the tube, the larger the tube, the greater the power.

6. Can I install different lenses on your laser head?
