3. Where is your loading port?
Usually we export stone products from China Xiamen port or Shanghai port. Some special products will be exported from the place of origin for more competitive prices. We will go to the place of origin to inspect the product.

4. How long will it take for my order to be completed? How soon can I receive my order?
Usually it takes 15-30 days for one container order.

5. Are you sure the packing will be good? Who is responsible if damage occurs during shipping?
Yes, we are sure our packaging is safe enough. We use strong wooden boxes and metal strips for external packing. Inside, we use a plastic film to protect the product. In addition, we will purchase “All Risks” insurance upon your request. In the event of damage, the first thing to do is to contact the insurance company for a claim. If the damage is caused by wrong packaging, our company will bear the responsibility.

6. What is the payment you can accept?
1) T/T 50% in advance. Pay the balance 50% according to the copy of B/L after shipment.
2) T/T 50% in advance. Balance 50% L/C at sight.
